Lately, Cael and I have been making sushi with our friends on the weekends. We are sushi ninjas! We've found a place in Sechelt that sells sushi-grade tuna and salmon for sashimi, and researched like mad on the internet. It really isn't that tough! The hardest part is definitely getting the rice perfect. There are quite a few steps to making perfect sticky rice! I'm a vegetarian, so I love to make avocado rolls and yam tempura. It takes a little practice to make it perfect, but it is sooo fun and so worth trying!
