I can now say I have an official girl crush on Michelle Trantina. Michelle is a Vancouver-based yoga instructor who stars in Namaste Yoga and is co-founder of My Yoga Online a yoga-based lifestyle website.
I wonder if I can get a body like this through yoga alone? Hmmm...I don't know??
She is in awesome shape...jealous much? Heheh
I think it is time I quit blogging so much about yoga and get my butt up and do it!! Lol!

Can you watch the videos online, I love to do a few stretches before I go to work every morning or when I feel I bit out of energy.
